About places like hidden grate on dark forest how long does it take to reset after boss is killed?

That talon similar to what 15 bears use but it's L25 or something that bears at 25-27 use

Lv10 to 14 pink armor its for the hardcore low pvpers and way more expensive compared to art and expert arm etc.... Jewel thief is a extremely rare drop and hard to get, theres int str and dex ofc but what is aimed for is dex which is jewel thief armor but as i said its really hard to get
