Thats all you need. Put the rest into dex and int passives. Most rogues dont even have a 3rd attack ability, 2 is enough

If you want to do a combo I would recommend nox. You would want to go with ancient druid or icescale pot for armor/helm, eyes would be the best addition. For weapon, I would go with Sinister Brut, paras preferrably. Haunted rings would help with your mana, and I would go for the highest dmg output amulet.

The build would be full dex, shadow 1 (health give back), aimed (250% crit required!!), 5/5 packs, and depending on the points you have left, try to put points in agility. The pets you need are Yowie, Blinky, any mythics except grimm, and any arcanes.

2/5 pierce w/lifesteal
5/5 packs
5/5 aim

Rest dex passive, then int passive. If you find yourself needing HP a lot, you can split int/str passives.

Nox is optional, but many 26 rogues will tell you how much I hate it :P

As above ^ for gear. Druid > icescale by far though. Frostbittem ring of brutality is the best ring currently, and I believe there is a decent supply of them. Otherwise, ensorcelled should work, but picking up a haunted in addition is helpful for fighting warriors.

The reason nox is bad, is because it has dot. Dot is bad against mages with clouds :)

My old build was 5/5 aim 1/5 nox 2/5 pierce (life steal OBVIOUSLY) 4/5 packs (I left out the last one) and 5/5 dex 3/5 int 2/5 str
At some points I switch out the nox and put in str :3, but it's hard to 1v1 rouges without nox somehow...
Ancient Druid pot is still best gear, most ppl use devouerer bows and Enscrolled rings, eerie is the best amulet of course :3
Crit at this Lvl is like everything, I sugest buying something with a Syrillax eye to increase ur crit, some ppl have 35% crit at this lvl, which is insane! They have a crit pet like Sam, 1 eye for every item, which is like 15%+ dex and gear which is also 15-16%+ passive for some ppl.
For curse mages just charge peirce back in forth until it wears off, make sure ur close to packs:3.
To this day tanks are still hard to kill xD I have like 7 different ways to kill but easiest way is to gang
