Suggestion. The first part of your post serves as a nice quick guide, but is there a way you can add defense increase? Example, i noticed plunger's have +14 def compared to rooter's (helm and plate). Without this info, it seems like rooters is vastly better than plungers.

IDK about you but for attack bears / Pallys it seems Rooter is the way to go. Add in Hate or Rift shield and it looks like you have 100+ hit and 30+ crit... with 14+ m/s

Pallys is definitely Rooter's.

Bellow set? You are exchanging about 12% hit for 12 damage? Plus no M/S so mana pots come into play. I noticed for my Rooter + hate shield bear I never go OOM. Plus H/S seems like a waste if you are only doing dps. I have a tank set for when I do pull aggro or we need a tank... Just seems like Rooter has everything a attack bear would want.

Unbuffed I am at 105 hit, 38crit and 198 dps with the above dps gear. I guess it doesnt really matter cause the gear currently is pretty mediocre unless you want full tanking sets. But for attack bears i would say....

hit > dodge and m/s > h/s

It depends on your purpose. If your going PvE only, I'd choose Bellow for the extra dodge and damage, since you can use mana pots. But for PvP, no doubt I'd put in a Rooter's piece in there somewhere.

Also, anyone using a Bellow set would probably be going for an attack bear - which has dex. If your points are right, you should get roughly 85% Hit with a Bellow set (which supports the testing of Physiologic that there exists a hit cap at 85%) which would make any more Hit just redundant and better off in Crit.

The only proc's I've heard of are:

Gemstone Sword : "Soul Leech" - maybe

Royal Hammer : stuns on normal attacks - all hammers do.

I haven't heard or seen any proc for the rest of the weapons.

Yeah noticed that when they changed Fury gear, they made it more suitable to a hybrid class than to a pure class with strength as the main attribute =/

Pretty used to it now I guess, and its almost safe to say that they are keeping it that way permanently, especially with how Royal gears are stat-ed.

Yes, it completes the set bonus and it has higher skill damage than the Axe.

I'm not saying the Axe is bad, it still has Fury stats, it's just less preferred.

So I'm assuming you've started the 56 Crown series?

All the quests for the Crown series come from the Fallen Prince, and not any other NPC from BS.

You can craft items even without the Crown.

Ok I think I messed up. The helm we receive is called Dingy Helmet. When I received Dingy Helmet I sold it for zero dollars because I didn't like the stats. Then I received a recipe for Fortified Helm of Persistence. I didn't know I would have done a quest for a recipe and needing the Dingy Helmet. I might aswell get rid of the recipe since I have no Dingy Helmet
