Crafting Q, fortified gemstone helm

I have the 55 fury helm and was about to buy the recipie. But, the helm is not checked off on my list. How id it not the right helm, or is this a glitch? I dont want to waste miney on the recipe if it isnt ciunting my 55 helm.

Try unequipping the helm. You can't be wearing the item you want to craft, if I recall.
