Anyone know a good build for 35 mage and stats

i prefer 112 int and 67 dex for the ring and use int hallo and evi/head
my build is 1 frost 6 light 5 heal 5 fire 1 icestorm 4 drain 6 in both buffs if u like ms take one off drain and put into ms

my current build is 1 frost 5 light 5 heal 5 fire 1 icestorm 2 drain 5 BOV 6 BOM and 4 debuff of your choice **Pally Build try it it very fun and u get to make voodoo mage rage

A setup I used at this level was:
6 Blessing of Vitality 4 Blessing of Might 6 Frostbite 6 Lightning 5 Firestorm 4 Heal 1 Icestorm 1 Drain 1 Mana Shield
The gear I used was:
Lv.35 Halloween Int Bone Helm
Lv.35 Halloween Int Bone Mantle
Lv.35 Fiendish Monkey Paw
Lv.35 Purp Evidence Bracer
Stats I used was:
65 Int, rest Dex
Face:
Any face is fine, I prefer/used the Crit (red one) though.
