Stuck on loading screen (little man running)

Hi Awesome Admins!

I'm stuck on the loading screen. I think it happened because i closed the app while it was loading a map. Is there a way my account can be reset, so i can get back in? Or should i uninstall and reistall the game? Any help will be appreciated, as i can;t stand the thought of not being able to play the best MMO ever!

Usually you have to turn the device right off then restart.
