5k Health Sorcerers?

Hello! I've been wondering as to how mages are getting 5k health, WITHOUT an Arcane Ring. I have seen mages with Arcane Ring and 5k health, but I've also seen mages without Arcane Ring and 5k health. There may be a ton of health that the Mythic Pendant adds, but idk how to tell if they have one. Anyways, I was just wondering how a lot of mages now are getting close to 5k health, because I have

-Exped Rifle of Brutality
-Upgraded Mythic Helmet
-Upgraded Mythic Armor
-Blood Ruby
-Wild Talisman of Brutality
-Maridos

And I have barely 4k health, and 550 dmg. I feel like my stats aren't crap and Idk how to boost my stats that much o.O

I realize I have bad gear but does a mythic weapon and Mythic Pendant really give 1k health? :o

You'll get 700hp or so by getting myth pendant.

Wow, I had not realized how great the stats are. Does it have any visual effect to tell if someone is wearing one?

Only when it procs, it drops crystals and a gigantic purple ring like aura surrounds your character.

The issue is...proc only has a chance of happening when taking damage.
