Can't log in using my email account

After failing multiple times with multiple retypes and copy-pastes I still can't open my main account on the test server when it works fine on the actual server. It always says password is incorrect. I tried opening my second email account and it worked (unrelated /but the problem is it's a twink with lvl 17 gear/). Mind that I haven't changed password in months. Anyone else having the same problem?

Hadec, support isnt available for the testserver, would give u the link to the article but too lazy right now, just look in announcements test server and carefully read through it, u'll see the bit where they mention no support for test server

Same here. I got 2 accounts that been in this issue.

1) Knightbeastzz
2) Demonnasa / Glymes (same account)

When i click Change Password , it goes that you sending email to supporters and when i TRYING to log in back my account, it said INCORRECT PASSWORD and i'm still waiting for their respond and trying to solve this stupid thing. Those 2 accounts that i got are my MAIN ACCOUNT and my ALT ACCOUNT that i've been played since 2012. If they not fixing this problem i hope that we need to do something that makes them help with this stupid issue. I WAITED SO LONG AND THAT'S WHY I'M SO MAD! i hope you help us with this situation and giving us our password back. I got my Emails and Password before the stupid INCORRECT PASSWORD changed. This makes us going to quit playing this game. I don't wanna quit because i played so long and want my account back.
