Level barrier

So I start my al day as usual going to auction but my day gets interrupted by lower level players begging me for money. So to escape this I go to kelys or the expedition camp. Today I decide to go to kelys for sanctuary from begging lower levels, but when I am about to merch I get a pm from someone, I look for them and to my surprise I see this player (player x) is level 5, so now that I know this bug exists my peace away from beggars is crippled. Please fix this bug

Ignore them lol.
Buy the 10m vanity set and then see how many pms you get.

My ignore list is full of beggars.

You can clear this list once a year or every few months. Beggars don't last long.

I had a loadout named "noob-mode" where I wear all cheap gears. Its quite good, I don't get as much begging as when I wear myths and arcanes.
