Nope.
Avian Scream breaking ability depends on the level of the skill and it goes up by percentages based on level.
Lvl 1- 0%
Lvl 2 - 20%
Lvl 3 - 40%
Lvl 4 - 60%
Lvl 5 - 80%
Lvl 6 - 100%

Hmm well for me having avian 5 always has broken me out of root/ice and i mean ALWAYS

6 but I use 9 because it does a lot of damage and it stuns if you use it on people

Lvl 6 - 100%
I use lvl 1 avian on 56 burd (don't ask y pls) and it can come out of roots/ice/hs sometimes, and it isn't even that rare to break out of em, just my experience

1 is 0%, but I know 5 is 100% :(

And Warbird with 9 Avian scream is gonna wreck bcus it is second highest dmg skill I believe
