Stuck on Kraken Isles Questline

Hi,

So I am lvl 41 and trying to complete all my APs now, all maps are fully unlocked.

Following the quest chain, I did everything up to turning in the quest for killing Bluecrab into the Sargent. As per Gluttony's quest guide, I should automaticaly recive the "Stormy Seas" quest, but I still havn't recived anything.
I went between Winmore Harbor and Southern Seas back and forth to see if I missed anything. But I didn't make any errors, all quests taken, all bosses killed.

I'm talking about the quest where you are asked to kill Captain Bloodhammer aboard the Dragon's Jewel. Need it to complete the Kraken Isles AP (part of Adventuring APs section).

Try check npc in windmore for quest maybe? Or maybe u mean power of gleipnir quest?

Did you speak o the NPC in Windmore at the entrance to Kraken?

I remember I got this quest automatically, without speaking to anyone.
Maybe u got it too and completed it alr

Go to pier, or dragons jewel and talk to gypsy rose. Do the daily monkey ball quest. Gypsy should give another quest.
