Rogues skills damage glitch?

So after some practise today, i noticed that skills Noxious Bolt and Shadow Piercer actual skill damage are significantly different! However, if you check these skills stats sheet, it shows that theyr damage are same! For example in sheet its 550 both, however nox true dmg 200-300 while shadow piercer is 500-600!! Also if you check charged piercer and uncharged piercer actual damage, its different, uncharged does more! So anyone noticed that too? I red about piercer damage bug in pve but tbh thats insanely OP, one of the main reason of rogues 1 shot combos. Its like having 2 aims

Maybe you have the 15% damage upgrade of nox. For me nox does more damage most of the times. I too have heard about the piercer bug and that it does more damage than aimed shot, however I have played rogue for a while now and have not seen such an occurrence even a single time. Maybe it has been fixed, or it was a myth in the first place.

Maybe you have the 15% damage upgrade of nox. For me nox does more damage most of the times. I too have heard about the piercer bug and that it does more damage than aimed shot, however I have played rogue for a while now and have not seen such an occurrence even a single time. Yeh i know 15% upgrade bug, but i do not have it. Also damage difference is almost triple not 15%. Gonna test more

When I asked someone having a rouge much much before me, he said that charged pierce becomes AoE skill, so the total Dmg dealt is greater than the single Dmg dealt on single target on uncharged one.
So if you are seeing the Dmg on only one target on even charged one I think its not good. But I am not sure enough.

Yes, i thought about that, and i think thats why. But still nox and piercer and even aim damage difference is messed up
