My TLDR parts are explanations of 3 main points. :) My post basically outlines
1. active Guildmaster,
2. Fair and mature guildmates,
3. Officers who are calm and level headed to think before acting.
Reason for wanting this is - to not lose members without reason and to be in an active guild for long-term.

Lot of Guild masters have this title because they are the founder of the guild...
In top guild, lot of them are not much active & a part important of their activity is to manage ranks of newcomers.
