i have done Chariots of the goons so much but it never dropped
so i guess lesser djinns dont drop it :(

Djinn isn't referring to the Lessert Djinn mini bosses, djinn are the mobs in AO1/2. The ones that have the turbans over their heads. If you hack at a few of those mobs, one should drop eventually.

Try plasma pyramid, one dropped on me there after the few 200 mobs LOL
