sometimes I see players with a red kind of circle around them. Ppl told me its the para gem. To get that circle, do i have to put para on all of my items? (Helm,armor,weapon,ring and amulet) or can i just have one para? And do i need to have 2 para (for legendary items) and 3 para (for mythic/arcane) on each of them? i hope you understand what im saying :p

This can be 2 things:
1. Paracelsus gem
(You need only 1 for get that circle )
(Only the first paracelsus gem give 20+ damage the next gems give 2.5 damage)
or
2. Arcane Ring: Rendtail Dragon Stone.

to get the glowing effect from the para stone you just need to have one item with one para in it.

red circle = arcane ring. Red glowing ( just like portal ) = paracelsus soul stone.
Just buy item with it, it's non tradable gem

No it was during 2014 or 2015 Halloween event I can remember... But it won't ever return sts apparently said

Nope, only platinum tier gift during a past Halloween event.
Remember, do not remove a para stone. They will be destroyed if removed. Make sure the item you buy with a para stone is something you really want unless it's just for the effect of course:)

Would be nice if para returned, since the damage has gone up a lot, endgame players wouldn't go for 18 para gem set, everyone would need and want only one since it's better to put high tier jewels in rather than 2nd, 3rd para gem etc.
