Reinforced Gems: Rare loot from arena master chest, grants extra armor stat with three different primary stat(str, int, dex).

Availability: [2015-02-12]-[2015-06-30]


Stat points per level:

124464


It is mainly a blood gem successor, the previous tarlok and eye gems arent really useful for warriors. However the extra armor stat is scaled to level, not to your current armor, therefore reinforced gem offers a bigger percentage armor boost to low armor characters such as mages.

If a lvl41 mage got 13 gem slot, so if you got 1-2 para, 1-2 eye, then around 10 slot left. Compared to 10 eye gems:

benefits: +250 armor(this is around 20% increase), around +20 damage
negatives: -390 hp, -9.7% crit

If you choose 4 slot, then:

benefits: +100 armor(around 8% increase), around +8 damage
negatives: -156 hp, -3.88% crit

Eye gem dont need resocket to get full stats, so it is still a more wise choice for unlucky players.

Yeah, why not. Using many instead of eye gems is too much compromise, 3 para, 6 eye, 4 grand reinforced glacial seems a good combination.

I think depending on the level, grand wisdom gems may be more cost effective and offer the same goal.

Ive been using these gems now on my myth set. So far its giving great survival in elites and pvp.

@Alhunt sorry lol, i miscalculated the perfect stat, its 25 armor. I slipped while calculating caras equation :P
