How much of each reduction does the charged proc do? Is thier already a thread with thies answers? If so can someone put the link below

For elondrian:
I think the armor reduction is a static 115 armor reduction (which should stack with %-based armor reduction). Not sure how much crit reduction it did. It was small.
For frost:
not sure.
