Gonna have to say +16M/s is the highest bro. I know for warriors the highest for health we can get is 16H/s so it would only make sense that mana would be at the same level.

Currently, with select gear, 16 M/s should be the highest possible.

Which bracers are you guys using to get 16 ms? I'm only getting 14.... T..T

You can get 16 with only 1M/s from your helmet, and 1 from your bracer.
Anything over 14 is killing the rest of your stats in my opinion. You can rock 14 and still manage to boost another stat or two with the rest of your gear slots / stat points. I roll 14/4 regens on my pure mage and 3/15 on my pally, and that's really killing my Crit, etc.

This is true, though I think any other stat is significantly less important than mana regen for a pure mage. Still, mine switches bracer to go between 14 and 15 M/s (dropping to 14 gives a nice armor boost).
