Pvp vs warriors

Okay so I have a little question, now we all know that warriors are OP at lower levels and it's very hard for rouges to kill them. And that is then turned around at late game where rogues have an upper hand due to VB but being at all effected in late game as it is not leveled to scale.

However what about mid-game ? Can rouges beat warriors in the mid levels.

My first question is would a rouge be able to defeat a warrior - AT level 23? - If so what is the difficulty in defeating that said warrior.

Second question would be as you progress from level 23 how much easier is it to kill a warrior?

i guess at 23 rouges should be able to defeat tanks with proper skills check skillies vs lawbringer on youtube i guess the rouge won the initial round but then the tank won

Wait out jugg and the HoR's HoT.. Then nuke..

Use aimed shot and when you get 1k+ crit start using combos then if your good enof you shoud be fine.
