Might have found a bug

So I am in Traveler Outpost and I am in my way to Watchers Tombs, I get in and when I'm inside I see "Player received " How is it possible for someone to get an item outside of a tomb?

I sometimes see the "player received" thing in Outpost too! It confuses me lol
