I would have insured that exclusive items are not given out in a privately organised contest or any other endeavour without being properly announced in a timely fasion, so everyone has a chance in getting them. I would have also put and end to buffs/nerfs business, 2x chances from locks or lock discounts. Not to mention about plat/pve/flag farming.

Next, I would be giving everyone a fair chance in obtaning every item in the game, however, the newest wespons and gear should be only plat exclusive to insure stable revenue inflow and future development. After 1 year, however, they should be easily obtainable by general populous through quests. Items won during the events as lb prices should never be obtainable.

Introduction of Vip status, some additional fixed boost to your stats.
Batching items in inv & autosale of white, green&blue crap.
5 skills button
Skill swap & gear swap button on the screen
No charge for respec = let people have their fun with builds for free
Improve chat features, it sucks as it is
No more limited trading, items shown in batches
At max lvl cap unlimited stash, but free slots available only through free quests
Avertising when launching the game for the first time on that day(to insure steady income).
