that item is epic but it is so beautiful...why dont they make more beautiful items like that...nowadays the epic items are not so beautiful...its like as if they make it only to fill the epic slot not for anyone to wear...there is a huge power gap between epic n legendary..really huge

That item was a plat purchased item. It was in a bundle that you could buy back when the game first launched. That is probably why more detail was put into it rather than the ones that are simply dropped or rewarded. People had to buy them for plat so of course they must look nice! The epic items that dropped normally from mobs/bosses were just whatever looking too.
