I accidently added 10 points into dex, am i screwed?
Do i need to restat? Does that extra 10 points of dex make too much of a difference?
Btw im a mage lvl 50

No , Don't Worry , Don't Restat , 10 Points Won't Change A Lot .

Yea add like enough int to equip lvl 55 items (with an extra point or two) and rest in dex, perfect for a mage since it would seriously increase your aoe hit chances which is a mages main attack.

Pure Int does way more skill damage than a hybrid Int/Dex mage.

You can respec your points at any time for 2 plat if you want to do so. If your a Mage go pure int lol.
