The Love Crafting event is here, and there is a ton to do and see! So, here’s a handy-dandy guide on how to get the most out of the event.

Clarification: Vanities purchased with tokens and platinum are PERMANENT and will remain in your inventory even after the event ends. Apologies for the confusion.

Collecting Hearts

Head out into the Arlorian wilderness to fight and kill enemies. Every so often, you’ll notice them drop something new…a Candy Heart!

There are 4 different hearts to collect, the “L” Heart, the “O” Heart, the “V” Heart and the “E” Heart! Collect them all from killing mobs or trade them with your friends!

Crafting Tokens

Once you’ve collected them all, head to the crafting station to create your very first Token Kit.

These kits aren’t tradeable so crack it open right away to earn 5 Heart Tokens, or stash it away to use on another character.

Spend Tokens

Tokens can then be spent at the token vendor, found in many of Arlor’s main towns.

On the vendor you’ll find all sort of goodies like hats, masks, and banners! Plus a few Platinum Exclusive items, also available in the store.

But, the most important thing you’ll want to check out is the Love Potion.

At first glance it looks pretty simple. Make people fall in loooove with you. Grant a couple of candy hearts to people nearby….

but look again. There’s a much bigger goal at work here!

The Community Goal

Each love potion consumed adds to the event progress bar. And, this isn’t just a personal goal. The whole Arcane Legends community has to work together to reach this goal. That’s a LOT of potions.

Interesting... I just hope it doesn't end up backfiring and people who are trying to get the items from the vendor lose out bc we aren't able to manage our time based on an unknown "deadline". Curious to see how this plays out.

It's probably a gem they use which is an Elondrian Life Shard that gives guaranteed super gems, specifically designed for QA testing.

I'd bet the new expansion is Arabian themed with deserts. And cupid's portal leads somehow into the expansion. That would also tie in with Maridos, as STS likes to pre-release a pet that is themed to go with the next expansion. So does this mean the next expansion's release date is completely up to us?!

Not a glitch, it's about to evolve into an awesome Arcane deary once portal opens! I predict he/she will shoot rainbows and hearts at enemies causing massive love damage until portal closes. Then back normal deary.

Stats: +50primary, 20%crit, +20%damage

AA: 15% Banish, +50%crit, 100% stun, small chance to rainbow love stun lock, +50str, +50 Dex, +50int

PASSIVE: Rainbow love kisses that can strike multiple targets, chance to cause rainbow bleeding, and small chance to group love.

First, gratz on throwing a event that doesnt revolve around platinum. WELL DONE!
That being said, the global banner on screen makes it near impossible to see boss health bar. Just ran a few elite maps, and literally had no idea how much hp boss had.
If this has been adressed, my apologies on repeat, if not, could u possibly have a option to minimize, like was available in previous events. Ty for your time

Why does the picture of the blue plat purchase vanity show both the hat and the mask but when you buy you only get the mask??? That's kinda misrepresenting the vanity, it looks stupid with just the mask. Also why did you guys change the white vanity so the wings nolonger move??? It looks stupid now, either remove them or make them move. I got them because they wings moved and it looked cool now it looks stupid and I wouldn't have bought them a lot of wasted time

Why nobody says nothing about this?
You can always liquidate if you don't need them. The portal was free. Some people profit from selling the chests while others that open chests are happy to loot the vanities they want.

You should be glad this event is free and you don't have to spend platinum to get any of these items and not waiting for energy recharge.
Also you can create a twink or alt so you can use those vanities. if you don't want too then liquidate the item and stop complaining

STS thanks for the Lovecraft event. For possibly the most beautifully designed chest to ever drop from a boss. The winged and wingless togas are also arguably some of the better designed vanities in a while, not recolors, and so worth collecting.

The event kept us busy and made for some interesting guild activities like love potion drinking binge in guild hall. Guildies were donating candy letters and love chests to each other. Some made a nice pile of gold off the event too. The tone was generally less stressful and tedious than say the Halloween and Winter event. An enjoyable event, thank you so much.

Thank you STS for an awesome and free event without energies! Was lucky enough to farm the golden wings with LOTS of effort but it made it that much sweeter when I did loot it :) For my other toons that weren't lucky enough to get the golden wings, the white token version of cupid is also very nice! Love the dark hearts and the 2015 lovecraft spinning banners! It was the first event in a long time where everyone in the guild could work together for unlimited runs!

Why didn't you announce the end of the event beforehand but not just few hours before it actually ends? It's really embarrassing to log in and end up with all these tokens and token kits than have become useless. Shish!

And why there is no cool-down to utilize tokens? In previous events vendors were there even after portal shutdown so those who log in occasionally still had a chance to spend remaining tokens.
