Luck Elixir?

Just wondering, should I be farming with a luck elixir? Or is it all random? Also, where would be the best place to farm? I think dead city, the dead city but meh not too sure. Any advice guys? :p

If u lv 41 better use in hard elite map boss just open luck kit when boss almost die,after that farm easy elite map (braken - kraken) or egg in normal map... with that way I can got profit 20k - 50k on 1 luck kit,save 5k - 35k then spent 15k for another luck kit and pot then keep repeat... :D happy farm

I think dead city is the worst place to farm :p.

Lol. Are you talking about farming candy hearts? If that's the case, then I'd say: I don't know. From my knowledge getting them is random.
If its for farming locked, eggs etc. then yes, you'd definitely need a luck elixir. Hope this helps because the question you're asking seems unclear to me.
