Announcing the Return of the Pet Re-Egg System!

Hey Guys!

For those that do not know, I am Gnosis (aka Brandon), your friendly neighborhood Support Representative and I bring you exciting news! With the release of our Love Crafting event comes the much anticipated return of our Pet Re-egging service.

Should you have accidentally opened a pet you can once again contacting us to have that pet placed back into it's egg for you. The rules on what can and cannot be returned to an egg have not changed but lets go over them again just so everyone is in the know. : )

Pet re-egging is only done for eggs that were opened accidentally and as such your pet must have:

1) Come from an egg in the first place (obviously)

and

2) Never have been leveled

If this applies to you and you would like your pet returned to it's egg, just drop us a line by visiting our Support Site (http://support.spacetimestudios.com) or via email at support@spacetimestudios.com

We appreciate everyone's patience as we worked to get the issues with the system sorted out and the service restored.

What if we bought a pet (Scorch-250 plat), leveled him up but did not see how useless he would be because we believed that when it said "absorb damage" it meant more than one and a half pots. Can we have a refund on that?

Scorch needs a solid buff, not too much really. Maybe add 70% to his absorbing ability and make him regenerate 15% HP of absorbed damage to all affected as well as a 10% DMG buff?

I'm with you in this SacredKnight. There are various reasons why customers may wish to return merchandise. These include a change of one's mind, defectiveness of the merchandise, personal dissatisfaction, or a mistaken purchase of the wrong product. For clothing, it may be a lack of a correct fit. Or in Arcane Legends, a misleading discription of pet (Absorb damage).

Sometimes, there may be a manufacturer's recall in which the manufacturer has requested the merchandise be brought back to the store. Also, gift receipts are offered sometimes when an item is purchased for another person, and the recipient can exchange this item for another item of comparable value or store credit.

I think STS can do "refund" through platinum return (unlikable to happen) or "Re-egg". But sadly, re-egging due to dissatisfaction is not on the list.

Wudnt it b a good Idea to make all eggs re egg able but if it has been levelled mske it only stash able so like me I've moved to rogue now had to buy new pets I've already bought them once on my tank so really I shud b able to do as I please with them ? Also make it a plat buy to re egg ur egg I wud pay a good amount of plat to move my pets of my tank to rouge .

This will kill the need to farm those eggs for APs. Everyone is gonna buy them, open to get AP and re-egg.
Those eggs will drop in value instantly.
