Oeskey's L35 Fox Guide
Okay let's get started
Attributes
75 str and 103 dex orrr
94 str and 84 dex
Gear
If you are using 75 str then use...
L35 Zombies/Swamp Rat's Lizard Leg or Zombies/Swamp Rat's Banjo Basher
L35 Int Hallo Set (tank) or L35 Dex Hallo Set (nuke)
If you are using 94 str then use...
L30 Iceberg Longsword
L35 Int Hallo Set (tank) or L35 Dex Hallo Set (nuke)
For both use the Use L20 Acrobat's Fine Platinum Band (2% dodge, 10 DMG) for your ring
***L30 Mint Cutter or L30 Rhino Plat Pack Hammer are both viable choices
Build
The most common and effective build would be the debuff build:
1 rabid
1 vixen
1 poison needles
6 evasion
2 fury
2 hamstring
1 poison dart
6 shredder
6 howl
1 bandage
1 hypno
6 tonic
you can go out and explore your own builds and find what suits you best :)
***I use bandage for the small regen it offers but if you like put the one point from bandage into ham
Tri-Combo
The fox has a great tri-combo that gives great nuking capabilities and gives you a great advantage
The order is: rabid ham rabid vixen ham
You have to do this in order and if you mess up on one part of it you have to start over >.<
Combos and Tactics vs Classes
DISCLAIMER: Most of you are not stupid so ALWAYS buff before a fight. (This disclaimer was made for the stupid and useless. JK.)
Mages: The deal for mages is to nuke them before they pop out ms, if they don't have it, it makes your job easier :o
COMBO: Dart, Rabid, Ham, Shredder, Howl, Needles, Vixen
You start with dart at 10m which allows you to get into dash range and will possibly make them waste a heal to remove the poison. Rabid Ham = standard damaging combo. By now the mage should've used her heal, so you follow up with your debuffs, shredder then howl, shredder first because: 1. The mage might run out of the 3m area and 2. By using howl after allows you to do a 26 more damage. If you have done this fast enough the mage should've not healed, so quickly follow up with needle and vixen which pushes them away. And hypno when they attempt to run. Three things could've happened by this time, 1. They died congrats yourself (would you like a cookie?), 2. They have used ms, if the following happens target someone else to run away wait for your evasion to cooldown then buff and repeat, 3. They have not have NOT died nor use ms, they are one hell of a tank <---- most likely to lose in this situation, but target someone else and run, wait for evasion and then charge back in, if they have ms and they use it they should not have much mana left so try to nuke the rest of their mana.
These are a dying breed, but there are still some L35 pallies left (me :)), most use lizards legs/banjos. Do the following above.
If they use a reaper or a plat pack sword they have much less damage and try to use..Dart, Rabid, Ham, Shredder, Howl, Needles, Rabid, Vixen, Ham. They are so much more tanky you would stand a better chance by using the tri-combo.
Foxes: Foxes are nasty critters :o blehhhhhh ***pukes***
COMBO: Hypno. Howl, Rabid, Ham, Shredder, Dart, Needles, Rabid, Vixen, Ham.
When you start with hypno, they most likely, will to. Whoever gets lucky and dodges (or misses) hypno will have a advantage. When this happens you try to get behind the fox. This is because many skill like needle do not have auto aim so they will not be able to hit you with it. Then you use howl to lower their damage. Rabid Ham = standard damaging combo. Shredder for the debuff duhhhhh, nuu we use it for the GREAT amount of damage it gives. Dart/ Needles for even more damage. Then follow with Rabid Vixen Ham = sure death, unless they dodge like a little (word i cannot say). If they do dodge follow with dart shredder howl = if they are still alive I think you can use the report button XD.
Rhino: Tanky blehhhhhhhhhh must nuke with tri combo
COMBO: Dart, Rabid, Ham, Howl, Needles, Shredder, Rabid, Vixen Ham
There are not a surplus amount of rhinos at this level, most use iceberg longsword or leg/banjo. You because you are not tanky nor have healing abilities you cannot wait out the rhino's mana. Since they have a longer cool down for their heal, if you debuff after their heal it will allow your debuff to take full effect. Dart slows then down allowing you to run into dash range (8m). Rabid Ham = standard damaging combo. IF they have healed use howl (lowers damage), needle and wait for them to heal again and use shredder (-26 armor), then use Rabid, Vixen and follow with Ham for you damaging nuke <-- by this point they should've died. If not then use Howl Dart Needle (after heal) use shreder rabid vixen ham <--- more nuking. By this point either you are dead or they are unless....
They use the iceberg hatchet which allows then to be tanky af at the cost of lowering their crappy damage even further. If they use this you should be tanky enough to outlast their mana. The rhino will most likely start out with charge, the second they cast this you should use needle which pushes them away and give a chance for them to miss their juiced combo. Follow with debuffs and try to nuke them until they have lost all their mana <-- When this happen shredder rabid ham howl dart needle rabid vixen ham, then they should die :)
Bird: Off topic: why is the penguin face soo cute omg I can't hurt such a innocent bird :o
COMBO: Howl, Vixen, Shredder, Rabid, Ham, Dart, Needle
Most birds utilized the iceberg longsword because the bow is weak sauce. They also do not have a heal so they cannot heal away you debuffs. Howl lowers their damage so the cute penguin doesn't hurt so much XD. Vixen to dash to get you closer for you to use Shredder. Rabid Ham = standard damaging combo. Dart then Needle to tale advantage of the armor debuff. You then will engage a smack-a-thon with your sticks (XD). Howl, wait until shredder is ready then use rabid, vixen, ham for the pro nuke. Then the birdie should've died. These are a near extinct so they are on your top list of worries.
Bears: These are one son of a ***** (why is it bleeped out I only said idiot)
COMBO: Hypno, Howl, Vixen, Shredder, Rabid, Ham, And the magic run
Bears are op and very difficult of a fox, we unlike mages cannot tree nor have heal, so we utilize our dashes. When the battle starts wait to use evasion. Most Bears start with hell scream or beckon. At around 13-12.5m target someone else and use rabid to run away like a little (beeeeeppp). If the Bears cry afterwards when you beat them just tell them its a skill and you can use it how you like, then say 'I won't run if you won't use rage/beckon/hell scream.' Hypno to stun them to prevent them from chasing you. And do Shredder, Rabid Ham as fast as possible before they stomp or cripple. Then target a person far away and dash towards them. Wait until evasion then dash back in and nuke them to death because at this moment their rage/evade/iron blood would've worn off by now. Nuke them with Hypno Howl Shredder Rabid Vixen Ham Dart Needle. Be aware that the Bear still has ability to kill you or perma stun XD. If they do not die then go back to running C:, if the Bear has not perma stun, tree, or killed you XD. The Bear is the most difficult class to for a fox to face, if you can afford it a reaper and bone/cat shield would help alot.
