Buy an itunes card or google play card depending on your device.

It is an android device, so you need to purchase a google play card in any shops that sell those sorts of things, and then redeem it on the google play store.

I am using samsung galaxy s4 and I use google play card to purchase anything ingame.

If your using android.
Put a sim in your device, and when you buy plats, it will direct you to google store.
Choose a method and click enable globe telecom billing.
Tada! Thats regular load, but for globe only
