I got banned from my ipod for breaking terms of service...?(i honestly have no clue what i did) and my phones hardware decided to fail one hour later so i have to wait 4 days for a new one....and for my ban to lifted so see you all in 4 days.

Devs will tell you exactly what you did if you send them a formal e-mail.
