I tried these:

/playerbroadcast guild Hello
/playerbroadcast officer Hello
/playerbroadcast general Hello
/playerbroadcast system Hello
/playerbroadcast friend Hello
/playerbroadcast 1 Hello

but nothing happened, not even an error message.

This is part of the slash command list that, for obvious reasons, is available only to the moderators/devs when they play in admin mode. There are a couple more like /invulnerable, /killall, /kick, /zonereset, /zonerejoin etc. I had the list somewhere, not that it matters to us normal players anyway.
