I have seen them but dont know which ones are rare :(
I am low on cash sewers not helping me so I wanna try something else too. Some items like Vyxnaaar helm Green ice and the like I came to know of them when I saw people selling for 200-300k any help would be appreciated thanks :)

i can give you general prefixes,suffixes and stuff like that for rares
raid roach,fury fighters, mega mage, sewer king/queen/royal,shadows,hate,death,void,rift,cosmos,shock lances,galzyx, apeps,djinn blades an wands,royal shadow, lvl41- ao2 pinks, mambozas, swamp rats, copperheads, zombies, green ice, vyxnaar, assorted low level pinks....pinks below lvl25 besides some weapons are usally very rare and there are just some very individual rare items also. you will get to know more as you play more
EDIT: halloween pinks, winter festivel pinks(especially low level ones). crafted level 5 and 15 armor, fortified,custom, and enchanted gear, mystery armor
