Till I'm 21! Any idea how I should celebrate? I was thinking a party bus with a load of friends and head off to a club, but that's also the most expensive choice. So any ideas ?

Go to New York, meatpacking district nightlife. Or clubbing at Hiro (http://www.velvetlist.com/Hiro.php3) or Circle (http://www.thecirclenyc.com/). Dress code is extremely strict at Circle - do NOT wear boots there. Hiro on Friday night is pretty much a mixed crowd, but on Saturday it's full of asian chicks.

Best lounges I've been to are probably Slate (http://www.slate-ny.com/) or Park (http://www.theparknyc.com/). Slate's pretty low-key but Park is pretty strict with dress codes. The 2nd floor's probably where you'd want to go at Park, that's where all the 20-somethings are. Slate and Park both have pretty mixed crowds.

I can explain more if you're interested, since this is basically all I did when I hit 21 LOL.

Here is how we used to do it in College. We would go to this bar called Good Time Charlies. It was a restaurant and allowed people under 21 in (which is important). They had a list of shots that were basically evil, and people would order them for you. The reason it is fun to have your under 21 friends that are on the cusp there is you get revenge on them when they turn 21. Note everyone who turned 21 before you is also getting revenge on you. Oooh, turns out they have copy of their shooter list on line. It is a PDF, so check out The Deadly Sins on page two ;)

the thing is that im the last of my friends to turn 21 haha. so idk how thatd turn out for me :p lets see what happens

give or take 600 bucks. its kinda a last minute thing, my friends are all pissed i didnt plan a month or two ahead of time
