Does it rlly stun enemies? Is it useful in low lvl pvp

It does stun enemies. But stunning can be done by a pet or your charged basic attack too. At low level pvp, depending on how low, you are short of points. That point that you use to upgrade this could be used elsewhere if you can time your stuns with charged basic attack.

I pvp at 17 and i was thinking the same thing because i wanna run axe throw as a 5th skill. Im gonna do some testing tomorrow once i get home from vacation and let u know what i think afterwards
