What do they do now that the main event is happening? I thought they were to start the hugthulu event but they're still sold, so there is still use for them

If you drink one near Hugthulu he will be stunned for like 7 seconds :)

Yes use them on hugthulu. Or just use them for fun in hard maps with friends

Use love potion to stunn Hugthulu for 7 secs or drink it in the town and near 2 players will be granted with heart.

Yes, he does. Rofl. But he's easy to kill w/o it and he's a major pain if he's stunned when the shield comes up and you gotta wait for him to get unstunned, even though he's standing on the stupid portal.

I did run with one warrior who timed it perfectly though.

Drink the potion at the very beginning, then destroy him.

Btw, drinking the potion doesn' guarantee a chest drop, and you can still loot the chest while being dead, or away from the portal.

In other words, the Lovecraft drop is random

Hopefully we'll still get the hearts around us and have it be contagious. They can just turn off the letter granting aspect. The heart effect will be very cool to show people periodically.
