There is one actually going on right now. It's taking a bit long for the fights to happen though. Here is a link on the progress.

Not at this point, sorry. If you are hosting a tourney, I would recommend you define deadlines on when fights need to happen by. Otherwise, things get drawn out and people will lose interest.
