Yes but I am still confused on the support page it says ask a question and I messed around with it and I still can't get it or understand it well I am on the phone so..

go to support, top right corner it should say log in, create an account, then, go to your cases, and create a new one, write there what u need, if u dont find it I will try to help

I've got a GREAT idea. Take 5 mins to level a new character to 15! :banana:

Ikr. Take the free 3X Daily blessing and run skeleton cult (something like that) with a partner. U get to 15 so fast.

Also, if you dont have platinum to buy a new character slot & not planning to delete your current toon, just register a new account and you will get 10 fresh platinum as well. In that case you will be able to buy xp elixir via plat (if im right there are elixirs for 5 plat) and you can also use your 3x free daily. Voila, you have a lvl 15 toon again :)
