i really wonder what skill/AA made this cloak appear on me
notice the player on the right-bottom corner, he has the cloak too

Banner is from the tarlok event last winter.

Can't see the pic too well but it looks like little bears aa.

Dragoon, If you can go to your APs section, i guess the characters or i guess somewhere yeah character most likely, scrol thro some of them, and you will notice a quest called " 15 days of ....". Thats a quest from 2013, or 2012, from tarlok's assault event. It was a reward banner from completeing the quest. Hope this clears up stuff for you, and that brown stuff, its a pets AA "little bears" AA. Just stat boost :P

The banner is of last year ( or year befor sorry my memory is therrible) but i as to noob to get it -.- you have an halloween banner of it to 15 days of frozen hope named that qeust or something like that

The clock around the player is of an pet i believe :)
