Is a few extra stat points and a set bonus really worth it in PVE? Honestly, everyone seems to be able to handle themselves just fine with the more common drops. If you know how to play well, then the 2 million gold wand can rot in the CS. It would cost less gold boosting myself with elixirs and spamming pots until a) one dropped for me, b) the prices dropped or c) newer and better stuff is released. That person is preying on people thinking they need the "best" or just having to have the "best" whatever the cost. Just silly.

I got that wand awhile back and posted it on traders forum for 850 and not a single person asked about buying the wand. I posted it up on CS finally when there was no interest and it finally sold for 850k after about half a day. Didn't seem like anyone was too hot for it then.

Just want to point out that there are 'lower priced items' that you will never see. This is because a good priced item sells quite quickly, and the over priced items sit around gathering dust on the CS shelves. This is why most items look overpriced when you search. Just need to keep checking often to find what you want at the right price.

I've been after both the wand and bracer since the sets came out, along with everyone else. I check the CS two or three times a day to see if something goes in that I could afford, but no luck yet.

I do almost only Stronghold or Catacombs runs now, with the slim hope of looting one.

However, that said, I use some mishmash of wand and bracer (orange & green I think) that works just fine really. I mixed it to have decent mana regen and I survive quite well in the sewers and can deal my fair share of damage. For me at least, this takes the pressure off of getting the set and I can just keep plugging away at it.

1.2m was the cheapest in CS at the time because crazy a55 ppl put retarded prices up there so as long as im cheapest im ok.. but im selling it now for 500K even on my selling post i put 600K...

Im not even gonna updat my selling post... by the end of today if i dont make enough money for the wand i'll just use the gemstar... no set bonus wont kill me and stats pretty much the same..

So what? Prices still crashed on ao3 premiums after rush. The problem is that the drop rates are so low, that greens and yellows are going for really high prices, higher then ao3 common pinks did during the old days.

I liked rushing, but the devs will never bring it back. It wasn't the issue of too much loot, it was the issue that people couldn't play the maps and anyone who tried got booted. It was either your 50 and rush or you get the boot.
