Is there any way I could disable all the quest mark "!"? I do not really do quest I just focus on running random maps. It bothers me whenever I walk around the city and seeing all these marks

Those are quest markers. That " ! " means there's a quest to be given to you from that NPC. (non playable character) .
You cant remove those..
