When someone revives inside the arena but outside of the boss's range and the rest of the party is wiped, if that player then leaves the room without aggroing the boss it results in this lockdown. The issue's based on the same principle as the "parking" exploit.

yes arena have some bugs. we play and sometimes never kill 1 boss after out krag then join new arena map but never refresh!
try 2 3 4 5 times boss still wait in arena.
other problem sometimes door never open if all players die in arena.
we kill 3 boss and all player die last boss after normal action boss reset and we start again but boss never reset we must exit we start first boss
if this r never fixing we lost lot ankh and time. please fix all arena bugs.
