All in DEX. (If u have some tarlok gems thats fine!)

Passives:

5/5: INT DEX STR CRIT

Skills:

Shadow pierce 2/5 (only health upgrade...

Aimed ahot 5/5

Nox bolt: without 15% impact and range increase upgrades

Trap only 20% chance and net

Health 5/5

And rest in armor passive

Bomb except explosion

What? Damage and speed doesnt stack with pet buff.

Nox bolt impact 15% addition doesnt work. Its bugged. Passive DMG doesnt work, only the highest buff is applied. DMG passive is pretty useless lol...

Technically there is no wrong build, anyone has the choosing to use what they want. Damage passive has no play, but if he wants to use SSS, then that's on him/her :)

Like rx8 says,
Nox 15% damage upgrade don't work. I told you this so many times.
Passive damage is waste too. If you have a pet which have damage % boost, passive damage don't work. Damage boost don't stack.
If your pet gives you 10% damage boost your passive 5% damage won't work, only the pet damage will work.

if you have 25% damage elixir, your pet damage won't work till your damage elixir expires.
highest damage buffs only comes to effect. They don't stack.
