Why cant you play DL on 4g? Arcane legends works with 4g but Dark Legends only works with 3g. Why is this

I've tried to play this game on my new phone, it doesn't work with 4g for me either. I just tried AL and it does..O.o
My friend's phone (3g) works with DL on data
Update it please ! 😡

Cool I use 3G lvl 36 lags tho but lvl 32 works well
