Hidden quality of planar pendant (and/or) arena gem

recently i just noticed that my rainbow-reinforced-gemmed planar pendant give me additional +20 primary attribute,
idk what the source is, can anyone with non-reinforced-gemmed pendant or anyone have their other gear gemmed with reinforced gem help?

as you see, i expect myself to have 555 str after wearing it, but suddenly it become 575, an after-effect bonus, just like first eye, first para, and archon's bonus

Its a buff effect when you wear the pendant. Not dependent on gems. Youll see a buff icon next to your name.
