Download this:AdBlock

ALL PROBLEM SOLVED

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/adblock/gighmmpiobklfepjocnamgkkbiglidom?hl=fr

no worries, it's a Goongle Krome app. It blocks all ads, you will never see them again.

NOTICE: the free platinums offer are considered as ads. If you want to do those free platinum offers, you must disable the adBlock app before.

Hi dragoonclaws,

I am using every possible AdBlocking apps, even the one you have mentioned has been in my chrome ever since its launch. Heck, those Ads pop up and i am manually blocking them, yet they pop up and download some corrupt search engines. I have un-installed chrome and downloaded it to latest version. Heck, i still get those Ads no matter what. I might have to factory reset my laptop again .-.

I never had any problem using Adblock. I think you should uninstall all those softwares to block ads, remove all new corrupted search bars and extensions from your Google chrome AND other browsers (internet explorer), even google chrome and start over well.

Install chrome and adblock, nothing else. Make sure Adblock is activated!!!

You've got a virus/adware/spyware/hijack.

There are many different tools you could use. Malwarebytes (https://www.malwarebytes.org/), Combofix (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/combofix/), BoClean (https://www.comodo.com/home/internet-security/anti-malware.php), Adaware (http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad_aware.php), even the Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool (http://www.microsoft.com/security/pc-security/malware-removal.aspx) are good examples of free software you can use to remove these things.

Sometimes, just looking at msconfig (Start > Run > msconfig) is enough for you to determine whether you've been hijacked.

Either way, download one of the free tools and get that junk off your system. The longer it stays, the greater the chance of secondary hacks/infections.

You could even do a System Restore and roll back a few days. Not the best solution, but it does work.

I have tried most apps and the ones you've suggested...seems they said "you are secure" and those messages

When ur at the heart of the laptop, just hit the activate so i can see your PCs screen and i can help you out. Dont change any file, as it is the heart, you wouldnt feel comfortable if you ended up jacking yourself!
