New mythic pet with possible counter play

I know some people want a new mythic pet so here is an idea for the pet (know im not good at creating stats):
Mimic(name)

Stats include +150 health, +10% damage, + 10 primary stat + 15 int, dex, str, +50 armor

Passive at 41: Hits 1 enemy, 10% to reduce crit by 5%, chance to do 15% armor debuff, chance to heal user 100 health every 5 seconds.

Arcane Ability 15 second cooldown: Does small damage with 100% bleed chance and snare, also copies the effects of another pet. Includes Mimic. The mimic works when you tap the 3 highlighted skills within 15 seconds. If completed you will "mimic" the other pets arcane ability but at 1/2 the strength or chance.(mimic will copy the closest pet that has used its aa)

Example for Nekro:
Nekro aa is used.

Nekro aa activated. Mimic user uses mimic and is successful. Shield around both char's now however the player that is using mimic has a shield that only does 20% damage reduction and has half the shield durability as nekro's.

Not bad, but that will make the pet arcane.

Not quite as there are counters to this. Using a buff only pet (dova) you will achieve similar stats and an even worse aa giving you the obvious edge.

I like it.
The only thing i dislike is the stat distribution.
This would be the worst .mana giving pet.
So maybe +10primary stat, +15 int, dex, str?

Interesting, would definitely add something different to pvp however it could work like double edged sword. E.g. other team uses Scorn xD
However I am intrigued with the pet. I would rather it for an Arcane although.

I like where your headed with this topic but a counter is different from a copy/mimic. For example misty counters curse ;D currently there is no true way to counter a nekro as it counters all other pets. You have to mimic/copy by calling another nekro lol although i have won with non nekro teams playing against teams with even 2nekros so noone can say it cannot be done. It is abit rediculous tho.

ThexKid i get what you mean and rethinking this isnt a counter but rather a nullify type thing/ catch up mechanism? (cant describe)
Also after rethinking i realized the goal shouldn't be a counter but rather a match for a pet.
