Now i know that they sometimes come on to reveal epic things in chatbox (looking at you, Cinco)
They also appear to close down rouge threads in due time
However, its been a while since they have made general banter as far as i can see... My first month or so i would usually see at least one thread on first page with a dev comment in it. Was rare not to. kind of gave me the "what is hot" indication. Either it was some kind of general approval/denial, "lol" statement, or answering a question. Especially the questions.
When was it that they started to step back from the general populace?
ao3? the nightmare that was a bunch of new players asking, sorry, demanding answers?
Or are they simply approaching the status of the silent developers? I for one think the super-active devs on call was best draw to the forums.
Or is it simply that they are that busy with awesome new material? What ARE you guys cooking up in there?
All i see them now, or rather all I see JustG doing now, is locking threads. Go ahead, look around general discussion.
Do they think they have set up the community so that we can now help and answer each other just as well?
Will they answer this thread?

I'm guessing they're busy with Blackstar.
DD forum devs have been pretty quiet lately as well, and I don't find the community there quite as entertaining, so I've kinda been ignoring the forums lately.

I have actually noticed the same thing Arterra.
If you look back to the beginning of this game, you can't find a thread without 1-10 dev posts in it!
Gradually, the dev activity has decreased for the year (almost) that the game has been out. We see them get active when they need to, then we see them get really inactive when the community is calm. I mean really, they got a job to worry about. Why would they spend valuable work time on the forum answering questions that the COMMUNITY has already answer pwned ;)
High five community! Making the devs job easier, since 2010.

I saw that a few months ago too. That was Samhaynes job who is still MISSING!! :(.....
Devs said he is on a extended break months ago... I think the devs were mad that he stickied so many posts that they hired the mafia to take care of him :P, or at least thats my theory.

Devs, especially G and Thade come to chatbox quite a bit.
Also, whatever happened to AAA (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/member.php?43844-AAA)?
I thought maybe he was the one who filled the Comm Mgr position? Never saw anything about him after he signed up for an account.
Agree with Pharcyde. The community has been pretty good about answering questions for each other when it comes to things which are known.

I'm only a couple of hours down the road from them...maybe a recon run is in order. I will just find the nearest Starbuck's and wait, lurking in the shadows while munching on biscotti....

justg said they are hiring a community manager to me to answer our questions
in a month
he still hasnt replied when they plan on making pvp rewards or lootable rings T.T
