I think foxy its ip at dmg.He give 15 all stats and 10 dmg,that mean 25 dmg bonus.Imagine ,best legendary pet nightshade give 15 all stat to but give 17 dmg

it's not that way. just look dova, it gives total 25% damage. +15 primary stat doesnt mean giving 15% damage.
