Update crashes

Hello erberybody.
My brother has get his I Pod 4 yesteerday and i´ve installed him pocketlegends.
There are 8 Update to do but everytime he get the message:"You have been disconected from the server".
I´ve reinstalled it more than 4 times but i´t doesn´t help.
What can i do?

it doesn´t work! And the internet conection can´t be the problem because i can play it with my I pod 2G with no problems.
So what can we do?
