ideally it should equal to time needed to socket the first gem,
or if you think it's not right, change it into something like this:
1. for epic item which has only one slot, regem time should be 8 hours (same as time needed for first gem)
2. for legendary item which has no blank, re-gem should take 10 hours, with one blank take 8 hours
3. for mythic/arcane item which has no blank, re-gem should take 12 hours (same with the current one), with one blank take 10 hours, with two blanks take 8 hours
the current scheme (all 12 hours) feels unfair whenever you try to re-socket gems into epic gears, but preferably all should take 8 hours :P
