Hard to explain question

For example if i a lvl 30 bear with 70 hit rate, if i reached lvl 50 without adding any extra dex, int, or str or equiping any extra equips, would i still have the same amount of hit rate?

If u dont understand what im saying, i meant does stats (dmg, h/s, m/s, hit rate, crt etc.) increase per lvl even if u dont modify ur stats (str, int, dex).

To simplify, since I don't know the answer, Does adding strength points to a bear make the hit % go up?
Correct me if I'm wrong

I dont think so. Dex and int are the main hit rate +.

Part 1.) Yes, you will have the exact same hit rate when you hit 50.

Part 2.) No, higher level bear gear adds onto your hit rate as you level up.
